Senior Process Safety Engineer

The candidate, with a chemical engineering and/or industrial safety degree, with 5 to 10 years of experience in Process Safety sector and a deep knowledge of risk assessment of chemical plants, will support in delivery of services and in managing and coaching younger resources, both in the workplace and at customers sites. The activity includes scoping of the required services, preparation of technical specification, planning and time estimate, delivery, with the support of younger colleagues.

We are looking for a person with solid technical experience in the sector, dynamic and eager to compete with challenging projects within a multinational context.

The candidate will:

• manage projects of varying complexity, independently or with the support of younger resources (e.g. HAZOP, LOPA, QRA, AtEx explosion risk assessment, Dust Hazard Analysis, Chemical reaction hazard risk assessment)
• Manage projects from the offer phase (definition of the technical specifications), to the development of the studies, and to the approval according to the internal rules
• contribute to the training, growth and development of the skills of the younger colleagues
• coordinate with colleagues in the Italian office and those abroad, in order to ensure the alignment of methodologies and assessments
• Provide training courses to customers
• Speak in congresses, conferences and meeting at national and international level

Business proficiency in English language and car driving license is strictly needed.
